It is in the best interests of TechSupport that the customer's servers, desktops and software are all running well.  The better the network performs, the less calls we get.  As you can probably imagine, we do as much preventative maintenance as possible in order to make the network perform as well as it can.

All-Inclusive Managed IT Services includes full support, from the desktop to the server to on-site to your location in Ottawa, all for a manageable monthly fee.  We provide all the services that your internal IT would provide, including meeting with management on a semi-annually or quarterly basis to discuss direction and forward-thinking strategy.

Cost :  Starting @ $200 per workstation, $400 per server (decreasing with volume)
