Working with its sister company, TechSupport.ca, Versature has created the Versature IT Package especially for Versature clients.

Versature customers can already dial “611” on their Versature phones to reach immediate support for any issue that arises with their Versature system. With the Versature IT Package, they can also reach expert technical support for network and computer issues.

What’s Included
The Versature IT Package provides expert technical support from TechSupport.ca, a remote IT support company that’s been serving small- and mid-size businesses since 1993. The package includes these services:

• Proactive 24x7x365 monitoring of the organization’s Internet connectivity, servers, workstations and Versature phones. This effectively prevents serious problems by preventing common and costly problems, such as virus attacks due to out of date antivirus definition files, software failures due to outdated Windows updates, running out of hard disk space, and more.
• A detailed site inventory and network documentation – valuable for insurance purposes and to ensure that the entire system is being monitored and maintained.
• Scheduled maintenance and automated software and patch updates to keep systems and workstations up to date without the need for individuals to remember to update their software.
• 50 hours per month of telephone support to be used throughout the year – anyone in the organization who needs technical assistance can simply call 611.
• Monthly reports on the performance of the customer’s IT infrastructure and details of support calls made by staff. Reports highlight weaknesses in the IT infrastructure and facilitate business decisions, such as when hardware upgrades are required.

Additional blocks of support hours can be purchased as required.

Pricing and Details
This convenient and responsive service is available exclusively to Versature customers for just $490.00 per month – that’s like having your own IT department for just $5880.00 a year!

A minimum 12-month contract is required and payable in monthly installments of $490.00 plus GST.
