- An assessment of your computer, network and communications needs
- Recommendations for hardware, software and features you will need
- Pricing for the products we recommend for you, and why
- Physical setup of your small office network. This includes both wired and wireless networking and work-from-home capabilities as required.
This service does not include the price of the hardware and software products that you will need. TechSupport looks for ways to save its customers money and we will pass those savings on to you. For example, we use free and/or open source software when it makes sense, and we are adept at working with the technologies and products that you already have.
